TRL7 – PLUG&TEST
RL7 will be an energy “micro-grid” made up of semi-industrial pilots, enabling us to analyze the maturity of a community of energies from a systemic viewpoint.
TRL7 will be :
- a community of players around innovative energy loops to optimize investment and operating costs and reduce risks.
- an infrastructure adapted to needs - a combination of technologies and semi-industrial pilot modular equipment (confidentiality, security, power, flows, etc.) and their interconnections (management of incoming and outgoing data), enabling the validation and integration of (modular) technological solutions in a pre-industrial environment, thanks to the “plug and test” principle;
- centralized access to cutting-edge technical expertise (state-of-the-art, engineering, maintenance, materials, digital, etc.);
- flexibility and agility to adapt to rapid technological and economic change;
- the promotion of innovative solutions and processes, demonstrators and advice that will enable manufacturers wishing to decarbonize their businesses to make informed investment decisions;
- a meeting place for companies and innovation experts;
This infrastructure, centered on innovation as a means of accelerating transitions, will be the breeding ground for Wallonia's industrial renewal and a genuine tool for socio-economic redeployment.
