SENSOPRO
- Start of the project : 03/01/2022
- End of project : 02/01/2024
SENSOPRO aims at the development and characterization of sensors based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for the environment, health (medical diagnosis) or food industry and the integration of these sensors and other electronic components in three-dimensional plastic substrates overmolded by IMSE (In Mold Structural Electronics). The results of this project will allow Walloon SMEs to access the "smartized" market of polymer products, by direct integration (PCB-less) of sensors and other intelligent functions by IMSE technique.
Objectives and missions of Materia Nova
Within the consortium, Materia Nova will be in charge of the coordination of the project and the development and characterization of sensitive layers based on molecularly imprinted polymers, as well as the realization of innovative sensors based on MIP polymers to detect molecules of interest for the health, agro-food and environmental sectors.
