The glove box is used for inert gas manufacture of optoelectronic devices (OLED and OPV) up to 10x10cm2. The glove box is connected to a Kurt J Leskers SPECTROS multisource thermal sublimator and contains equipment for characterizing the performance of OLED and OPV devices (integrating sphere and solar simulator)

Advantages

  • Materia Nova has, thanks to two dedicated glove box assemblies (one of which is on a pilot scale), a complete environment combining liquid and dry deposition processes for the manufacture of OLED and OPV optoelectronic devices by design (design, choice of support, etc.)
