UV-VIS-NIR spectro – Agilent CARY UV 5000

UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy allows to measure the optical properties (transmittance, reflectance) of materials or coatings in the spectral range from UV to NIR.

• Measurement of transmittance or direct reflectance with a film holder, between 175 and 3300nm.
• Measurement of total or diffuse reflection with the integrating sphere between 200 and 2500nm.
• Angular measurement of transmittance, of total or diffuse reflectance between 200 and 2500nm (the sample can be rotated from -90° to +90° in relation to the incident beam and the detector can be rotated between 10° and 180°).
