Hall effect (MMR Technology)

Measurement of hall coefficient, charge carrier density, carrier density, carrier mobility. Operating up to 10mTorr and between 100K to 450K.
The Hall effect is of great interest in the characterization of semiconductors by giving access to the main parameters, i.e. the nature of the carriers (electrons, holes), their density N and their mobility µ.
