UV accelerated weathering tester

The QUV UV accelerated weathering tester is used for UV ageing tests on different materials (paint, polymer, wood, stone,…) to simulate exposure to outdoors. QUV fluorescent lamps simulate the UV part (UVA and UVB) of the solar spectrum, and cause the mechanical properties alteration of the tested materials. The tester is also equipped with a condensation system and a spray system to simulate high humidity conditions. Ageing cycles can be performed by combining UV exposure with higher temperature humidity phases to accelerate material ageing. The QUV tester is in compliance with the numerous international, national and industrial standards, which guaranties reliability and measure reproducibility.
